A7N8X-Deluxe......RAID Capabilities?

What are its capabilities as far as raid is concerened? Are the onboard IDE ports capable of raid? The SATA ports? Both?

The onboard IDE ports are native to the nForce2 southbridge, so they're not RAID-capable. The SATA jacks can do RAID1 or RAID0, however.

thanks for the reply, was going to order just a regular drive and possibly throw together my own NAS product with linux and a VIA c3 minibox, but i think ill go the SATA RAID route instead, less of a headache.

OK, ordered a couple maxtor 120GB SATA's......let the fun begin.
