Does anyone know what this beta bios for the Asus A7N266-VM mobo does? It is listed as this: A7N266-VM Beta BIOS 1005.003. All the files says is that it is AMD approved. Any ideas?:(

Probably it has identities built in for newer and future AMD CPU's. AMD likes that sort of thing. When you boot up, the correct CPU identifier is displayed.

What people like about it though, is that it has overclocking built in, as for the more expensive ASUS nForce boards, which is enabled if you cut a trace and redo a jumper.
