Yes, the Lost Circuits review of the A7M266 board is a remarkably good review, and LC was one of the first (perhaps the first) sites to recognize potential problems with memory voltage. Indeed, this is fine reading for anyone who contemplates getting the board.
However, the review's been out since January, I think. Moreover, while I've removed the jumper as recommended by the article, other people with the board have experienced none of the identified problems with memory voltage. So, it depends upon whom you ask.
