A7M266 Overclocking WITHOUT MODDING? Please give advice =)

I'm gutting my current overclocked system and am putting together a new one with the following core specs:

T-bird 1GHz (retail with HS/F)
ASUS A7M266 MB
2x256 Crucial PC2100 DDR RAM
MSI 8831 GeForce2 Pro 64MB

I do NOT want to detach the HS/F so I can connect the bridges. I have the conductive pen, arctic silver2, etc, and I've etched OEM durons and athlons before, but I'm being lazy here. It was cheaper to buy this one with the HS/F attached (retail box), so I'm going with it for now.

Regardless, what are my overclocking options on this one? I hear the multiplier is out of the question anyway unless I mod the board. I don't want to mod the board! How high can I expect to push the FSB, and is there any special settings (jumper/BIOS) I should know about for my setup? Thanks a million (even TWO million!) for any help guys!

Further note that I forgot - as I am sticking with the stock HS/F on that 1GHz chip for now, how high is it SAFE to push the FSB before risking heat damage?

And have you guys been pushing the FSB at default core voltage? If not, what are good settings?

Thanks again in advance =)
