I am setting up a A7M266-D Redhat 7.2 cluster with 32 nodes at work, I have found that the default setting in Bios will not work then the system reboot after a load of Redhat, it hangs when it is testing the CPU's and not just on one on all the systems.

But I have found that if you turn off the MPS 1.4 in Bios the system then will boot.

Has any one else found this and is there a fix?

I use mps1.4 with Debian just fine. What kernel version are you running (probably not running the default kernel in a setup like that, that would be ridiculous! :D)

EDIT: Oh yeah, anything in the logs?

Nope. It definitely could be a hardware/driver issue. There are ways that could help you determine that. Have you checked google groups?
