Any one knows that whether ASUS A7M266-D Dual Processor MoBo. working with Linux SuSe without any trouble?

That should work fine, just choose a kernel with SMP support. I don't know whether the AMD762 SMP is supported without configuring and compiling your own
kernel with the right support for it. I know my old Mandrake 7.1, 7.2 worked fine on a Intel FX Dual PPRO machine I was testing at work some years ago.
