A7M266 auto shutdown

I was looking at the hardware monitor in the BIOS settings and noticed it gave the CPU fan rpms and the CPU temp. I thought that a motherboard with an ACPI BIOS (which the A7M has) could be configured to shut down automatically if the cpu temp exceeds a given value. Nowhere in the BIOS could I find an option to set the maximum allowed temperature of my cpu before my motherboard would shut the computer down through the bios. Am I just not seeing this setting or is it not even possible to set?
