A7M266 and BIOS memory settings

I'm not quite sure what the memory settings for the BIOS in my A7M266 motherboard should be. I have one Crucial 256MB PC2100 non-parity, CL=2.5, 2.5v DIMM. And what should my VIO and VIO1 jumpers be at?
