I got these a while ago, and they worked for a while, but after I moved it around a bit, It wouldn't post. I removed and put in again all of the important components (ram, processor, tried multiple video cards), but it still doesn't work.

I'm trying to RMA the motherboard, and processor, because I think those parts must be defective. I checked the back of the T-bird chip, and it still has its label intact.

I don't know how to RMA a processor, I tried on AMD's website, but I didn't find it.

Thanks for your help.

In general, hardware such as a CPU is returned to the source you bought it from. The same goes for the motherboard.

Well, it died after the 30 days that they should take it, so what should I do?

Every other hardware company that I have dealt with (not reseller) has an RMA policy, except AMD. I guess it is too high risk.

AMD does have a RMA policy...but you hafta buy a RETAIL chip.

If it's past the 30 day period...then you're basically SOFL :p
