I have EVEREST Home Edition open and it says the following:

DIMM1: 512 MB PC2700 DDR SDRAM
DIMM2: 512 MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM

Memory Timings
DIMM1:mad: 166 MHz 2.5-3-3-7
DIMM1:mad: 133 MHz 2.0-3-3-7

DIMM2:mad: 200 MHz 3.0-4-4-8
DIMM2:mad: 166 MHz 2.5-3-3-7
DIMM2:mad: 133 MHz 2.0-3-3-6

Yet CPU-Z v1.3 says on the Memory tab:

Channels #: Dual

Timings:
Frequency 209.5 MHz
FSB: DRAM CPU/11
2.5-3-3-7

Are both modules running at the same speed? They were PNY sold as PC2700 but people posted it as having a SPD for PC3200. They never ran that fast in my 8RDA+ although they did hit 3.0-4-?-8 @ 400MHz as I can best remember. The bios posts something about 333MHz so I set something about the memory at 200MHz where there were 4 choices of 100/133/166/200 (I think).

Welcome to the forums. If cpu-z says that your ram is running at 200mhz (ddr 400) at timimgs of 2.5-3-3-7 in dual channel, then it is running at 2.5-3-3-7 in dual channel. One thing to check though, is that it could be running at 2T which isn't so good. In everest got o computer>overclock and report what it says under memory timings and command rate/SPD Memory Modules. If that 2700 stick really is running at 3200 at 2.5-3-3-7 then congrats. What you see (100, 133, 166, 200) are memory dividers. The 166 divider is 5/6, so whatever your cpu fsb is, you would multipily by 5/6 to get your ram speed.
