A64 voltage questions

Got a couple of questions, i got a newcastle a64 3000 and was wondering what's the highest SAFE vcore?

And my Vcore seems to keep changing from 1.40 to 1.5 while the computer is on, keeps going back and forward, is that normal?

depends on the cooling. if you have that sucker under a stock heatsink i'd say 1.55 you could go more without killing it instantly, but in the long term i'd be worried about problems

ok that is pretty conservative but i want my chip to last a long time and anything over 1.575 is out of my comfort level. try overclocking and see what you can get with 1.55, then what you can get with 1.575 and come back.
