I'm not sure which one mine is. I forgot to look before I attached that XP-90C on top of it.

Also something i forgot to mention in my earlier post. With my 2.75ghz overclock, my vcore is set to 1.55v and my temps are: (according to Speedfan ver 4.24)

CPU: 40C
MB/Case: 33C
Chipset: 44C
Hard drive: 29C
ACPI: 40C (not sure what ACPI is)

So 2750 is the maximum oc w/ 1.55v?

Yep. If I go any higher I'll either get a BSOD or Prime95 fails. This is running at 1.55v vcore and I'm afraid to go any higher than that as far as volts.

week 12, 15 and 17 seems to be a good oc'er

If I were to guess I probably have a week 17 (best OC'er?) because I run a Asus A8N SLI board and I can get my 3200+ venice to 2.75ghz. I've heard these boards are decent overclockers but not the best like DFI.

I got a week 17 3000+ retail from Monarch last week. Ordered on Sunday night and received on Friday. 2.7ghz is stable with 1.525 vcore and a Zalman 7700-cu. Right now I'm trying to find the highest stable speed at the default 1.4 vcore. So far its looking to be closer to 2.6ghz than 2.5ghz.

With a Seasonic S12 (80% efficient) psu and at 2.55ghz, it's currently using 110 watts at load and 63 at idle with cool'n'quiet. This will be great in my 24/7 HTPC. The cpu is using less watts at load than the P4 its replacing used at idle. 🙂

Someday down the road I can give this htpc a breath of new life with an X2 and a G70/R520 generation card with h264 acceleration.

Most of the big etailers have more than one warehouse in the US, and each warehouse will carry different batches of processors with different weeks/steppings.

If you're determined to get a particular week, your best bet is a local retailer...preferably one that will let you inspect the processor (or an entire tray) before making your purchase.
