My a64 2800+, ti4200, vnf3-250, samsung 512 2700, antec 350w smartpower comp seems to be running really hot. My cpu fan/heatsink is a zalman cnps7000cu which was suppose to be a really good and cool solution. My cpu temps are normally around 60c ambient or 70c on load. I reseated everything, used as5 and the same temps say. Could my bios be reporting it wrong or could something be with my sensors? im leaning towards a bios problem with the vnf3-250. i did some research and i found incorrect temps to be a common problem. if this is the problem, which bios version would fix it? i tried a 4/30/2004 version and the newest v5.0 .
