A64 Tagan TG480-U01 480W ATX2.0 PSU

This has 28A on the 12v rail. Can i expect some serious Oc headroom with this? Also will this psu work on a 939 Neo 2 plat? I hear the connectors for the PCI-E boards are different from the AGPs. Or does this PSU come with both?
