A64 Overclocker torn between PSU's

First off, I'm not trying to go to expensive on this, but I am wanting to do some heavy overclocking. I am looking for something preferably 60-100 bucks (less the better of course)

Here are my candidates-
OCZ modstream 450 W - Output: +3.3V@28A, +5V@45A, +12V@26A, -5V@0.8A, -12V@1A, +5VSB@2.5A - $90.
Fortron 400W FSP400-60THN- Output: +3.3V@30A; +5V@28A; +12V1@14A; +12V2@15A; -12V@0.5A; +5VSB@2A (dual rails)- $77.50.
Fortron 500 W- +3.3V@30A, +5V@28A, +12V1@15A, +12V2@15A, -12V@0.5A, +5Vsb@2.0A- 89
Enermax 460W whisper II- Output: +3.3V@35A, +5V@35A, +12V@33A, -5V@1A, -12V@1A, +5VSB@2.2A - $77.50.
Superflower 550- http://www.svc.com/sf-550psu-grn.html - $80

I always liked fortrons, but my current one is underpowered to do a A64. Would the 500 W be worth that much more than the 400? I've also been hearing good things about OCZ and Superflower. Then of course, Enermax is always a top pick.

Do you guys have any reccs or other candidates?

id go with the enermax 460w. i dont even remember why but there was something said that made me desire one large 12v rail rather than dual 12v. anyway putting personal preferences on specs aside, modstreams aren't as powerful as their non modular counterparts, and those versions of the fortrons are more mid-high than the their usual (if those are blue storms). the superflower is nice, but for some reason the enermax stands out

any of the reccs or is that probably the best deal overall? I am considering the entire dual rail thing though... hmm.

Your current Fortron is probably fine. I'm running on a 380W Antec TruePower right now.

Yeah, try testing to see if the Fortron can handle it before you spend any money. Your OC'd Barton is already sucking down more wattage than any A64 out there.

It didn't work actually. I am running an MSI neo 2 plat and a 3200+ A64 on some cheapo 500 watt psu I will return once I get a better one. The fortron only had 15 amps on the 12V rail, i'm pretty sure that was the reason why it was a no go. As for your 380W antec true power, it is probably because it has much more amps on the rails.

bump-

I have another contender i was looking at-

Enermax 470 Noisetaker- $82.49

sorry for being so annoying about this, as you all know this is an important component. I don't wnat to have to replace it in the future like I just had to do w/ my fortron.

That one you just posted looks good to me. If it weren't for the ATx 2.0 spec on the DFI NF4 board I'd be all over that PSU.

I think you are confusing ATX 2.0 with ATX12V 2.0
ATX 2.0 just means it has the P4 plug. ATX12V 2.0 is a new standard just released by Intel, and it has very strict requirements on the 12V rail(s). That DFI board only need ATX 2.0. not ATX 12V 2.0.
