i would get 512mb of pc3200...don't get anything above PC3200, it won't run at the rated speeds.

Maybe not, but PC3500 C2 (good stuff) will run at 215-218 on MANY peoples boxes at stock voltage, even with tempermental SCSI cards and AGP cards running a little over stock. Mine hasn't BSOD'ed ever at 218. Some people (like dapunisher) get up to 240 bus ! (by using multipliers and oc voltage ??)

I wish! I can only keep it 1:1 long enough for some benchies unfortunately 🙁 I'm runnin' 6:5 with it@stock 400DDR for normal usage. In fact, now that I have a board that can handle 2.4ghz+ I'm seriously eyeing some high speed stuff so I can run 1:1. Judging by Shim's results@2.4ghz 1:1 there's a nice improvement to be had in some areas so I think it would justify the expense for me much more so than the timings issue did.

I should have said dividers (6:5), thats what I really meant. So at 6:5, you are running at 2.4 ghz ? and what memory do you have ?

2 sticks of this It'll do 440DDR 3-3-3-7 on less than 2.9v solid. It was sub $80 a stick for awhile there too.

It depends on what you use your computer for, most people are better off with 512 and DDR 400 on the A64 is worth it over 333, so unless you are working with video or large photoshop files i would still go for the 512.
