Hey,
I recently had a problem with my computer. I fixed it by running an installation of windows in repair mode on top of it. Everything works fine except my computer has forgotten how to turn itself off and cool'n'quiet doesn't work properly (it lowers the voltage but not hte clocks which confuses me on why my computer is still running...) Anyway. I figure my proc driver is gone since windows overwrites 3rd party drivers so i check device manager and find
-Computer name
|-Computer
|-MPS Multiprocessor PC
etc.
So i uninstall the old A64 drivers and reinstall them. restart. and nothing's changed. did this a few times. got bored. lived with it for a week. started get really annoyed by it and posted here.
Spec:
A64 X2 3800 @2.4
OCZ Plat 2x1GB
ASRock 939Dual-SATA2
Grazie
