a64 3400+ & 1gb of mushkin black lvl 2 for $300 a good deal?

they're both used, but knowing the owner i'm pretty sure that they're in good condition.

Of course it is.

The 3400+ retails a bit above $400. Getting it for $300 used is already a nice deal.

Throw in the gig of Mushkin Level II and it makes it too good to be true.

So yeah, go for it.
