If you buy the one with 1MB of L2 cache on it, will it say it on the box and if so were? Thanks

if u buy it retail, yes, it should say so. and where? i 0n0, look on the box. its not that big.

The retail units are packaged in clear plastic. Look at the back of the package and you can read the product number from the heat spreader on the cpu.

There is a serial that looks like: ADA3200AEP5AP

That last number is for L2 cache size. It will be a 4 for 512KB, and a 5 for 1MB.
