A64 3200+ Manchester?

I got what I thought was a 3200+ Venice with the new E4 stepping from ZZF recently. Just ran cpuz and it says it's a Manchester! Does that mean the rumors that the new E4's are rejected dual cores with one core disabled are true?

I'll be OCing this baby this weekend to see what it'll do. Has anyone heard any other results of OCing the 3200+ with the new E4 stepping?
