Wow...1st boot I put the voltage to 1.65 and the fsb to 240...boots up to 2.4+ with out a single catch!! Has been running 3DMark03 for 45 or so checking stability..I was thinking I was not going to get a nice oc out of the 64's, but damn...2.4 on the 1st boot has gotten me excited! Will push further in a bit. I have no idea what I am doing yet in the bios. I am not familiar with any of the settings on these boards.

My temp is -46c

Very nice OC!

Quick question, what settings are you using for that 3dmark score? Any OC on the 9800p?

Can you run Prime95? I was a happy puppy with the OC on my 3200 too. It ran 3DMark03 fine, but it wont run prime.

The Chaintech VNF3-250 does not have a lot of extra's, but is a pretty good overall board. First it is cheap, you can get it shipped for around $80, it has 6 USB 2.0 ports, 6.1ch surround sound that is pretty decent, 2 SATA ports that can do RAID 0,1. It has no firewire and has a couple little quirks, but is a good performer in bechmarks and pretty good at overclocking as well with decent voltages of 1.7v vcore and 2.9v vdimm. The only other board in the price range I'd look at is the Epox 8KDA3J.

Mine doesn't seem to have it listed in the bios. unless they come out with a bios to add the feature.
