A64 3000 Winchester Stock HSF

Hello,

That small little pacth of grey stuff on the back of the HSF is the thermal paste? Should I wipe it off and use something else, or is that sufficieint?

At stock speeds, the thermal paste that came on the HSF should be OK for the first application. If you ever take the HSF off again and put it back on, you are gonna need to clean that stuff off and apply some other grease. If you overclock though, i'd get some arctic silver or ceramique and use that for the first application.
