I'm having a bit of trouble understanding how to install this HSF. Anyone who has this setup please help. Do I use the included Zalman nipples on mobo bare? Do I used included Epox retention mechanism instead? Or do i use both Zalman nipples on top of Epox retention mechanism?

The Zalman HSF instructions do not mention any inclusion of the Epox mobo retention mechanism. The Zalman only mentions the use of the included Zalman backplate with the nipples flush to the mobo on top. With that setup the HSF touches the cpu while the HSF clips being away from the nipples for insertion. I don't think I can screw the Zalman in since the HSF clips are away from nipples.

I personally dont own the Zalman but I looked up the installation info on Zalmans site and they have an installation flash movie at the top right corner of the web page that thoroughly covers the install process.

Here's the link for the web page with the flash movie.. Here click on the installation movie on the top right corner.

Hope this helps,
MM
