A64 3000+ Purchasing help

I'm ready to build a new system with a a64 3000 and when i went to newegg I realized there were 2 different chips. On the pages I couldn't see any difference between the two. Both newcastles, same clock speed. SO what is the difference? Why is one like $5 more than the other? Any help would be much appreciated because I want to get the most out of my system and would like to get the better chip ( if there is one).
