a64 3000+ or 3200

I planned on building a machine for over clocking, currently i have a DFI UT lanparty nforce3 and 1 gig of OCZ EL plat. rev2..... my plans are to hit 3700+ or beyond speeds.. ive heard people saying that the 3000+ is an excellent overclocking chip but i was wondering if it was worth the extra 25 bux to get the 3200+ and benefit from the extra 200mhz already on the chip.. or is the 3200+ not able to over clock as much as the 3000? if anyone has either of these chips and can leand some insight it would be appreciated



P.S. i have really near future plans on getting a dangerden watercooling setup im sure this will help over clocking speeds

dont know how the 3000+ oc's but my 3200 oc's pretty nicely on the stock heatsink
