A64 2800 Newcastle board help

I'm going for a low budget, good overclocking system with a decent motherboard. I have the 2800 64 bit processor (actually in the mail) and am in need of a motherboard.

Whats a good overclocking motherboard besides the DFI LanParty UT?

If money is a factor then grab the Chaintech VNF3-250,it's very cheap & a decent overclocker.

Not if you're using SATA hard drives in my experience... I had one with a Sempron 3100+ that I tried out for a couple days and with my SATA hard drives plugged in I couldn't get HTT above 210 before the SATA controller crapped out.

I promptly switched back to my Barton @ 2.48 GHz.
