A64 0.13M Vs. 90nm

what are the diff's between A64 0.13M and A64 90nm, which one is better and why, and are there any benchmarks? Also I see there are two cores available newcastle and winchester, the question is again which one is better and why?

Clock for clock .09 are about 1%-6% faster than .13 core cpu's.

Anandtech did a review of the cores. Look at the main page under cpu reviews

.09 seems to run a bit cooler and maybe even overclock a touch higher than the .13 parts.

All the new .09nm chips are dual channel memory controllers. same Athlon64 .13 chip is only single channel. That could likely make up for the fact the .09 ones are usually clocked 200mhz slower yet still rated at smae as 200mhz higher .13 newcastle...

I have also seen some test that suggest 3c cooler....

viper thanks for that link, was just what I was looking for.
Anyone has more insights about the different cores? (newcastle Vs. winchester)
