A4 paper lady. Useless it rant

Some lady is trying to print a document on 8.5x14 while the printer is asking for a4, basically its getting stuck and shes been trying for 30 min now. Clears jam and put in new paper. Actually walked away to get new paper out of the pack I walk over and said, the printer needs a4. it wont print on anything else. We have this weird Konica printer where you have to put in the specific paper it ask for or it just jams and wont print. Even if you put the paper in the wrong orientation, ie landscape vs portrait, it wont print. Now i gotta listen to this cursing for another 30 minutes.

Yes, and A4 is 8.27 x 11.7 which is why the printer wasn't happy.
