A2DP headphones on Hackintosh?

I Googled this and can't find anything to help me, I have Rocketfish Bluetooth Headphones, my BT adapter supports A2DP (Rocketfish one) but OSX is detecting it as a headset not headphones. And is connecting in mono because of that. I'm not 100% the Rocketfish adapter supports A2DP on OSX. What should I try to get A2DP working with my headphones here?

I'm running 1.6.2 if that makes any difference.
