A1442 Thermaltake Ducting Mod ... ?

I am wondering if anyone has tried this thing before? Does it work as well as they say it does?
I have a TT Vol 11 CPU Heatsink and Fan ... I want to add this guy to it.

any comments?

My CPU runs about 46 C - 48 C

It mite work, since the hub of the fan isn't right on top of the fins.

That LCD panel makes the PC look like the Kane robot from Robocop 2

The pc was a combination of my old koolance case and an akasa case, took about 6 hours to complete. The LCD display was about $150 and runs of a mx400 pci, purely eye candy. I use the thermaltake duct to move the air forward from under my desk, it works well for that.
