A1 Electronics PSU - any good?

Hello,

I've been trying to find a 400W+ power supply for my 1.33ghz t-bird, and stumbled upon this one at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=58&manufactory=1393

Its the one at the bottom with this description: "A1 Electronics P4 Power Supply, 400W, Dual-Fan, ATX. Model/Part # : JX-9810UK-1"

So here are my questions:
1) Does anybody own this power supply that could comment on its quality?
2) It says its for P4s, but will it still work for my AMD?
