I am unable to get this motherboard Asus X99 Deluxe U3.1 to detect all 8 sticks of RAM. ONLY 6 sticks of ram.

Window 10 > System: shows me only 23.9GB of memory

CPUZ ID: Memory shows me 32GB size. SPD tells me it detected all 8 slots of memory each with default speed in different MHz. 1st slot 2400, 2nd slot is 1066, 3rd slot is 2400, 4th slot is 1066...so on.

Performed Memtest 86: no errors

I swapped the working memory into A1 & A2 and I still unable to get it to detect.

Updated Asus Mobo BIOS to latest 3004

Windows 10 is up to date

XMP profile doesn't work, it will not load Windows. Even if I set it manually in advance settings and up the voltage to 1.350, the system will NOT load.

What else did I miss???

MY STUFF!

CPU: I7 5930K 3.5GHZ (Stock) No OC

Memory: GEIL Super Luce GLWW416GB3000C16QC PC24000 3000MHz
CL 16-16-16-36 4GB X QC KIT (2 16GB SET, total 32GB)

Motherboard: Asus X99 Deluxe U3.1 (latest bios 3004)

Bad mobo? I had a bad motherboard and two sticks of bad ram in my first build of my rig in sig. I had to exchange the mobo as it had 2-3 bad ram slots. The ram had a couple of bad sticks, but it was beyond the 30 day window to simply exchange it. I had to RMA the bad modules. Is this a new build? Honestly, it sounds like a bad mobo.

You may have two different GeIL kits DDR2133=1066 and a DDR2400=1200Mhz
You need to get all 4 sticks at the same speed.
