A Zalman Cu7000A Cooler on ECS 755A2

I need some quick help, after reading the Sis 755 Chipset review on anandtech, i have gone mad, but using a Atlon64 3200 at a place with Room temp of 35-40, i decided to use a Zalman 7000A Cooler, BUT WILL IT ACTUALLY FIT MY MOTHERBOARD, the major problem is that the Rams on the Sis 755 are right next to the Socket.

Plus when will ASUS release there's 755 chipset.
