I'm not looking for exact numbers here... just a little curious and kind of bored :) Which PC would probably score higher in 3DMark05... PC #1 w/ SLI (MUST remain stock, NO O/C) or PC #2 w/o SLI (a pretty good O/C)...? Approx. scores would be greatly appreciated :D

PC #1
----------
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ (2.4GHz)
Kingston HyperX 2GB PC3200 (2-2-2-5)
MSI 2 x GeForce 7800GTX SLI (430MHz/1200MHz)

PC #2
----------
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ @ 2750MHz
OCZ Platinum EB 2GB PC4000 @ 250MHz 2.5-3-2-7
BFG GeForce 7800GTX512 OC @ 600MHz/1800MHz

-Thanks

By my surfing results... It looks like PC #2 would score about 10,500... anyone have a clue about PC #1?

-Thanks

About 13,000+

Even SLI 7800GT's can score 12,000 and up.

The 4800+ & SLi GTX rig would mop the floor with the 4400+ & Single GTX rig, despite the video RAM difference. Of course, this is 3D Mark and not game benchmarks we're talking about, sometimes the overhead of SLi would actually cause the SLi GTXs to be bottlenecked like a single one.
