A what if legal scenario: Totally made up - but a real WTF?

Ok, guy drops off he semen at a lab. He is doing a fertility check ordered by a doctor. The lab tech is off her rocker and inseminates herself with his semen.

Later she admits to what she did. Goes to jail briefly, and is on probation.

She files for support - under current laws, it seems she would get it from the guy.

f* that. Ultra BS if it could actually be obtained in a court. Surely she would have to prove some complicity in the act from the father. Otherwise it's straight up theft.

Cum theft.

I'm sure he signed waiver forms before doing the deed denying him any parental responsibilities.

That usually does not come up on routine lab tests. My brother who is an MLT and is sitting near me confirms there is no such paperwork.

Actually, what about guys that have been raped? No complicity there.

You're saying party A (the man) can sign a contract that denies party B (the mother) her rights?

Not a chance in anything that such a contract would be enforceable.

I think it's the other way around. Party A (the man) sign a contract that denies his rights by being just a sperm donor.

How is a woman going to make me hard and shoot the baby-gravy against my will?

Because you can be sexually aroused against your will.

These stories really make me hate what America has become. Guys are providing a service for infertile husbands/single women, and these women are trying to extort money from them. Disgusting.

And the case about the man being liable after the woman impregnated herself: What if you gave a knife to your friend as a gift and he stabbed himself in the eye. Are you liable for that? You didn't stab him. Your gifted knife did.

Not to the point of orgasm. You get a half-pipe, but if you're not relaxed you won't give up the man-milk. Hell, if you don't feel relaxed you may not get wood at all.

Ever gotten a boner at an inopportune time? You didn't ask for it, but it came up to say hello anyway.

Has already happened to donors that were told they would be anonymous and ended up being forced to pay child support.

It's a woman's world, baby. You can have your cake and eat it, too, if you have a vagina.
