Irate user calls to say chipset has nothing to do with fonts on form. Tell them Of course, they should have been checking "Bitset," not "chipset." Sheepish user apologizes and hangs up.

I did a tour at Mentor Graphics (this local company) and all they did when we were there (8:30 - 2:30) was ghost some laptop harddrive and fix someone's keyboard (the person unplugged it and didn't check theirselves).
