A Way To Copy a Whole Hard Drive?

I am getting a new harddrive and want to transfer my Operating System/Application/Settings/EVERYTHING onto my 120GB and sell off my old hard drive. Is there a way to do that? or do I just need to reinstall Windows and the etc.? Thanks!
