A way to change My Music target?

I want to enable the My Music link in the XP start menu, however I want it to lead to a folder other than My Documents\My Music. Is it possible to change its target?

Actually, it appears all you have to do is drag My Pictures/Music to the desired location, and it will update. However the original My Music folder I deleted long ago. Recreating it in My Documents does nothing. Any way to get it back?
