In '69, After I was drafted, the Army trained me with the:
1911A1 Pistol
M-14 Battle Rifle
M-16 Assault Rifle
M-79 Grenade Launcher
M-60 Machine gun

Though, each of my instructors emphasized that my most powerful weapon was the one between my ears...

Then again, I got nothin on River Tam...

No contest. The Seal has trained his entire life to kill a man with his bare hands. To "go for the jugular" if you will. An MMA fighter, as skilled as he is, isn't prepared. While he is trying to grab an arm bar, the Seal is going for his eyes. My money is on the Seal.
 
I'll go with the country with exotic martial arts techniques and 1000 year old monks capable of punching gaping cavities into torsos.

Canada. Since there's no weapons involved it's inevitable it would break into a hockey game, and we all know what happens from there. 😛
