A Walmart returns question

I bought a $450 Digicam and a $75 SD card at a Walmart in Biloxi, MS. I've used both of them. My computer seems to have died, and I need to fix it. Can I return the cam and the SD card here in Louisiana? I have the reciept for both.

Shouldn't be a problem, given you have all the boxes, manuals, CDs, etc...

you wont have a problem. if everything is there and you have the reciept they will take it

heck wal-mart will take anything back.

This is OT, but last week, I returned stuff to Target without a receipt. Apparently, if a customer pays with anything BUT cash, the store computers have a record of the transaction and can process a refund as if a receipt is present. I thought that was pretty cool.



Walmart.com Returns Guidelines by Department

ELECTRONICS

Computer hardware and components: Computer hardware and components must be returned by mail with any included software within 15 days of receipt.
Computer software: Computer software must be returned unopened within 45 days of receipt.
Camcorders and Cameras: Camcorders and Cameras must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All other Electronics items must be returned within 90 days of receipt.

Thats true. They will give you a gift card even if you don't have a reciept.

If you have your reciept it shouldn't be a problem.

I don't think that they'll take the memory card back. He said that since I used it, they probably couldn't take it back. Does that sound right?

My mom lives in Nashville, my daughter went to college PA and I live in NJ. I have never had a problem returning anything that was purchased anywhere to any of these locations.

Wal-Mart will take back a used diaper!
