A Vista build question

I decided to clean install on another machine since I was in an install mood 😛 After I went through format options, deleted current partition, created new one, format, install, it turns out my BOOTSECT.BAK file is on its own 200 meg partition Windows created. WTF? Ive done probably 15 Vista installs and this is the first time Ive experienced this.

Any ideas?

That sounds like you had a restore partition on that drive and delete/recreated the primary partition but didnt remove the second one...

Hmm wonder how to fix it...

If it bugs ya go into drive manager and presuming its at the end of the drive, delete it and 'extend' the Vista partition to take up the space.
