I have never liked the so called Patriot act which is definitely unconstitutional. But when Scalia and other members of SCOTUS can't read the clear language o our constitution, all three branches of US government are in collusion.

Its rather funny when we think of it, countless other governments modeled themselves on the US constitution, and the US government is the only one that has not failed. We somehow had a court system that did not let the Watergate and Pentagon Papers scandals end American liberties. Do we have US court system that will do it again, Somehow I doubt it.

Then, when we now set up nation building quagmires all over the world, we don't even advocate our system and choose a easier to manipulate parliamentary system instead. Where human rights and free speech is forgotten concept and a police State is easier implement.
