A video card with component outputs

Does anyone know of any video cards with component outputs? Preferably inexpensive. Is there any other card just to use High Definition displays as computer monitors? Maybe even a VGA-to-Component converter of some sort? Any help would be great.

Audio Authority makes a VGA to Component Transcoder that sells online for about $100, I'm using one now and it works great. Alternatively you can get the ATI Component Adapter, the cheapest card it supports is a 8500LE.
