Hehe! Well, the only part that seems suspicious to me is the diagnosis part. If It was the son who had the chat, then how come he speaks as if he were a direct witness of the chat? He starts with the son telling him what occurred, yet it changes to him speaking directly of the event, in first person (e.g., "I remember the guy asking. . ."). Did the son record the conversation? It doesn't sound like it. I don't expect anyone to answer the questions, for they're rhetorical. They're not of importance.

Anyway, besides that area, it isn't an unbelievable story. There are kind hearts out there. Either way, fictional, exaggerated or true, it's still extremely benevolent. Good health to the kid and lots of luck to the parents.

I give to those who do not ask. I analyze them for myself to see if they need help.

Just the other day I was with my mechanic, and he was quite irritated that his finances were in disarray...ie...he had no rent money and no food for his family. Shortly thereafter told me that he had gotten a job selling donuts, but it wasn't starting until two weeks later.

I took his wife to the store one day and bought them enough food to last them till them.

I was just reunited with my dad. He is also broke. I bought him some food too. But just a little. THe family needed it way more.

What I read on that page was either bullsh!t or lameness. I will give you medicine. I will give the child medicne. I will give you food. But FUK a $175 toy. I would have donated money so the kid could get better or feel better but not that.

As you guys have notcied, I have been bitching qutie a bit lately about how I could not get an ipod this christmas.
I usually bitched about how it was all because of car repairs. A lot of it was, but $100+ was on my mechanics femaily.

I am bitter. Without a doubt. About the ipod.

But I would have spent twice as much for that family if I had too.


I am anything but perfect, but I assure you, I will make sure you eat, are healthy etc. if you are my friend.

I guess I have lost trust in the general population. Sad really.

That is why I love giving but of my own free will, and of my own iniciative.

I used to give blood and plateletts at every available moment. I am taking a medicine now that prohibits me from doing that, so I became a tutor.


There are people that will do what happened in that post. I respect them for making the kid happy. It was a very nice jesture. Call me an asshole or whatever, but I have my own way of giving, and it makes me happy because it makes others happy.

The xbox with equipment and games cost under $1k. Although that money would have gone nicely towards research for this child's illness it would have helped him in no way, presuming he already has all the medicine available to him. This toy would make damn near any kid very happy. Afterall, what's the point in life if it's not fun?

Yeah I guess. I guess the psossiblity of fraud has gotten so everyday that it is beginning to change my character for the worse.

I guess I need to get a puppy or something...or maybe and xbox.....crimson skys looks quite fun
