Then you should watch it again, and transcribe the entire thing while you are at it. That way those of us who can't watch videos at work can know how racist you are.

I figured you would not have anything to support what you said you saw. The burden is on you if you made the claim, but its much easier to try and shift the burden onto me to prove you are right. Your shit is weak.

No it isn't, lol. And as far as 'weak shit' is concerned, you stupid video rates up there with about the weakest BS puff pieces on earth. Nobody is gonna watch it because it sucks, and nobody is going to believe that this isn't what I said it is.

Any fool can see what you are pitching here, you want to excuse your own guilt and this video makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside about how white people aren't monsters at all, and the media is portraying this as 'black lives' when its not about that. IT IS ABOUT THAT.

So please come back again later when you have that transcript, or STFU, ok?

I think the Coonfather had to take three buses and one left turn to link his experiences to a racist issue. Racism certainly exists but, wasn't apparent in anything he had to relate.

What kind of head case are you? First you watched seven seconds of it, then you watched it and now you can't watch it.

First:

Watch the first 7 seconds, came back to call you a bigoted moron.
Then:

The video suggest that black people have nothing to fear from white people in terms of racism. I disagree.
Now:

That way those of us who can't watch videos at work can know how racist you are.

Why are you giving me ownership of this thread and video? I in no way had anything to do with this video or starting this thread.

As for the white people being monsters, that sounds pretty racist to me.

touchstone, actually those who are 'weak' would be the ones presenting the weakest argument. That'd be you.

Your arguments aren't very well thought out (Honestly don't think you thought at all) but rather full of emotional knee jerk reaction. If you really feel strongly about racism as you claim, and its not some attention grabbing schtick for you, then might I suggest at least watching/ reading what you are against? Otherwise you look like you did above. Like a moron.

It does seem like the guy in the video wants to get viewers so says things in a way that he knows will get viewers. He is a comedian so being edgy is good for his job. But, its also pretty clear that Touch did not watch the video at all and wanted to call this guy out on an assumption.

Ok finally watched it besides just admiring his kitchen (really would love one like that. i love to cook).

I have a very mixed family. I have a black and mexican uncles. many mixed race cousins and so on.

I do partly agree with him. I have meet some racist people. Well in 1 on 1 conversations they are. Trouble i si think they are racist against the "stereotype" of African Americans.

I had a co-worker that was that way. He would act all racist and make jokes etc. Then we had a black guy get hired. Once he got to know the man it changed his mind.

Long video, surprised I watched any rant 20 minutes long. Statistics bear out some of what he said; e.g. 90% of the time a black gets screwed over by crime it's by another black and not a white person.

Short version is he's saying the biggest problem blacks face is in their own community. There are plenty of statistics that support this argument. On the whole we are completely incapable of honest discussions about race and so if he were not himself black he'd be immediately discarded as an aryan.

Watch the first 7 seconds, came back to call you a bigoted moron. This video purports to be a warning to black people about how other black people are the ones who hurt them, not white people. Which is funny, because I doubt more than a handfuls of black people will ever even watch it. It is clearly targeted for inbred white racists like OP, to alleviate the great white mans burden of having to be told about history.

OP did you actually watch the whole video? How did it make your white guilt feel?

Edit: would also like to point out the absurdity of a black man on video, telling black people not to trust black people... uh.... like him?

So you understand what a 20 minute video is all about by the first 7 seconds. Good job.

The exact same thing can be said for white people. The vast majority of the time a white person is screwed over it is by someone of their own community as well.

Anyone who uses that '90% of crimes' statistic without mentioning how this is true for white people as well is either an idiot or is someone attempting to act as an apologist for racism.

Well hold on. I think it helps us understand society. We tend to be worried about "outsiders" when most stats show we should be worrying about those already around us. Black on black murders were at 90% white white on white was 83%. 7% is not small though, so there seems to be something there. You can find that whites commit more crimes, but they are a larger part of the US so that is to be expected a whites are not angels. But, pointing out to people that you should be more worried about crime coming from your group is not unimportant to me. A lot of how racism sticks around is the false idea that you have to worry about the other people.

The reason is pretty much directly attributable to the fact that black people live in neighborhoods that are overwhelmingly black, while white people live in neighborhoods that have slightly more people of other races. It's just more evidence to segregation being the cause. My strong suspicion is when you account for % segregated that difference would disappear entirely.

That's reasonable. If the stat were presented as that you have more to fear from in-groups than from out-groups I would 100% agree.

Again, what is newsworthy in this topic? I wonder if I created a thread with a YouTube clip of a random white person saying black people have helped him if that would still be around.

Have you reported the post? I'm certain that the last thing most of us want around here is for you to feel uncomfortable, for you to be thrust out of your "safe space".

So did you watch the video? Or not?

You're quickly shaping up to one of the more willfully misinformed posters here. I just ignored your first batch of posts from the thread about how a judge should have somehow 'fixed' laws on weed. Hey, not everybody understands government.

But in this thread you've managed to show yourself off as a blind partisian. At the same time, you've managed to make yourself look even more stupid by commenting on a video you professed to not even watch.

Keep it up. You're batting a thousand so far.

Check post 29. He said he was at work and could not watch it anyway.

Despite population disparities, blacks are twice as likely to kill a white person (14%) than whites killing a black person (7%). The statistics for rape are insanely tilted.

So, there are more white people to kill than black people. There are more white women to rape than black women.

But, bringing up that stat isn't racist at all, you're just trying to throw stats out there for the good of 'Murrica.

Learn statistics. You're making yourself look stupid. Based on the proportions of population (and hundreds and hundreds of studies) the statistics of blacks committing crimes is WAY out of whack.

Understanding why is the important part.
