Market cap of 5.1B? How much common stock is available? Intel could just buy the goddamn company. He's lost his marbles if he thinks he can compete with the boys across town. Intel has Engineers in Strategic Marketing that already know what they're doing with Nvidia.

People thought like that back in the day when Intel released their 3D-accelerator. "There's no way 3Dfx/NVIDIA can compete with Intel!". The result? 3Dfx and NVIDIA completely and thoroughtly whipped Intel. Intel got it's ass handed to it in a platter.
