A/V distribution amplifier

What is a good make/model , and where can I find one? I have a 4 way A/V composite distribution amp to split the video out to go to my TV, VCR, stereo, and TV tuner card. Currently I have two radioshack ones. They both suck. One has a funky distortion that comes and goes, and the other has discolored wavy lines that seem to correlate with the audio. I'm not looking for a mega-high-end one, given that I have a $190 TV.
