At the office I work at, we have vistors who require wireless access on a regular basis. The problem is that while almost every person brings a laptop with wireless, only a handful know how to use it.

A wireless ethernet bridge that is preconfigured with a WPA key, and powered by the USB bus would be the best solution as it minimizes any difficulties with setting it up.

Does such a thing exist? How difficult would it be to attach a rechargable battery to a Wireless ethernet bridge? Is there an easier way?

I was at a clients office and what they has setup was kind of clever. Nothing too complex or expensive for a small office. Basically and unsecured wireless connection so anyone can access the internet but to hit any network resources you had to connect via VPN. Again not too complex nor a great solution but in that situation it worked kinda well.
