a upgrade question on Dell 4550

I just bought a Dell 4550 this week. I only configed it with 128M memory and CDROM. The memory is 2700 DDR. I have two 256M
2100 DDR (I bought from BestBuy three months ago) and one lite on DVD-ROM and Yamaha CDRW. I would like to use these stuff to upgrade my Dell computer. My question is,

1. Can I use 256M 2100 DDR to replace the 2700 DDR?
2. Is the Dell power supply enough for two drivers (DVD and CDRW)? Do I need any extra part to install the second driver?
3. Is the warranty still good if I open the Dell computer?

Thanks

1) If it overclocks to PC2700, or else you'd run at a lower memory setting.

2) Yes, some dells are configured with dual drives.

3) Yep.
