As many of you know, me and my girlfriend broke up for a while at the end of last year. We're back together now, and everything's going well. This is a short stoy about something that happened while we were seperated.
I was hanging out with some friends at one of thier places, drinking a few beers, and I Was getting ready to head home for the night and my then-ex called me up and said "there's a huge spider in my room, come kill it!". I didn't really care to kill the spider, so I jsut told her to kill it herself, but she still wanted me to come kill it. So, I gave in and said I'd come kill it in a bit, when I left my friend's place.
I asked a friend for a ride to her place as I wasn't driving due to the beer. Being a good friend, I got a "Don't go, you're just going to cause yourself more trouble!", but I got a ride anyway. When I got over to her place, I asked where the spider was... it wasn't there. So she said something pretty close to, "It must have gone behind the bed or something. Stay the night soyou can kill it if it comes back!"
Well, I ended up 'staying the night' so to speak 😉, and she gave me a ride home in the morning.
Just thought I'd share a story with an actual conclusion.
